By using customfangrill.com (the “Site”) you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site. We're based in Quebec, Canada.

The service

Custom Fan Grill is a browser-based tool for designing custom 120mm PC fan grills. You can export a print-ready STL file for free, or add your design to a cart and order it printed and shipped to you.

Free STL export

STL files are generated client-side and provided “as is,” with no warranty. You're responsible for slicing, print settings, material choice, and confirming the design fits your specific fan and case before printing. Fan grills sit near moving fan blades and PC hardware — always dry-fit and inspect a print before installing it.

Placing a printed order

• Pricing is shown at checkout: currently $15 for the first grill and $5 for each additional grill in the same order, plus shipping calculated for your address.
• Payment is processed by Stripe. An order is only confirmed once payment succeeds.
• Every grill is made-to-order — production starts from the design and quantity you submitted at checkout.
• You'll receive an order confirmation email, and another when your order ships.

Your designs and uploaded content

You keep ownership of the designs, images, and text you create or upload in the editor. You're solely responsible for making sure you have the right to use anything you upload, and that it doesn't infringe anyone else's copyright, trademark, or other rights. By placing an order, you give us a limited license to reproduce and print your design solely to fulfill that order and to provide related support (such as a reprint).

Prohibited content

We may refuse to print, and may cancel and refund, any order containing content that is illegal, infringes someone else's rights, or is hateful, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate.

Shipping

Orders ship using third-party carriers (via Chit Chats for US shipments and EasyPost internationally). Delivery estimates shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees — we aren't responsible for carrier delays once a package has shipped.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Site and printed products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Fan grills are installed near moving fan blades and electronics at your own risk — inspect every print before use. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Custom Fan Grill is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the applicable laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
