Refund & Return Policy

Every fan grill is 3D printed to order. Here's exactly what's covered, what isn't, and how to reach us.

Each grill is printed specifically for your order after checkout — nothing is pre-manufactured or kept in stock. Because of that, we can't accept returns or offer refunds simply for a change of mind once an order has been placed. We do stand behind the print quality and shipping condition of what arrives.

What's covered

If your grill arrives defective (a print failure, layer separation, broken piece) or damaged in transit, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order reference and photos of the issue. We'll offer a free reprint/replacement or a refund, at our discretion.

What's not covered

Change of mind, or a design you no longer want — it was printed to your exact specification
Minor variations inherent to 3D printing, such as layer lines or slight color/finish differences between prints
Fit issues if your fan or case doesn't match the standard 120mm mounting pattern the grill was designed for — please confirm fit before ordering; in-app validation is a guide, not a fit guarantee
Packages tracking shows as delivered but that went missing after delivery — we'll help you file a claim with the carrier
Orders shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout

Cancellations

Because production starts shortly after payment, we can only cancel or change an order if you contact us right away, before printing begins. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

Lost or significantly delayed shipments

If carrier tracking shows a shipment lost, or delayed well beyond the estimated window shown at checkout, contact us and we'll arrange a reprint/reshipment or refund at our discretion.

How to request a refund

Email waaverecords@gmail.com with your order reference (from your confirmation email) and, if applicable, photos of the issue. We typically reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued to your original Stripe payment method and can take 5–10 business days to appear.
